Dear Healthcare Provider,

The Public Health Foundation of Columbia County (TPHFCC) would like to extend our welcome to you and thank you for your service to the people of Columbia County.  TPHFCC is a non-profit organization that is charged with providing comprehensive Public Health Services in Columbia County.  We would like to offer ourselves as a resource for you in your practice as a source of information and assistance on Public Health related matters.
